According to the new guidelines, users will have to obtain permission online or offline before receiving Aadhaar authentication. Since the Aadhaar card will not be verified without the order, the Aadhaar holder will not be able to use it without authorization.

UIDAI has advised organizations that anyone doing online Aadhaar authentication should be aware of the authentication requirement. Users have to give their full consent for the verification process to approve it, and once it is over, all the required documents have to be present.

Complaint can be lodged on 1947 on demand of additional payment

The Aadhaar card issuing body has also emphasized the importance of reporting any fraud immediately. Users are encouraged to report fraud and provide information about it. If someone demands extra payment for Aadhaar card update then you can lodge a complaint on 1947.

March 31 Deadline to update your Aadhaar card with your PAN number

Remember that March 31 is the deadline to update your Aadhaar card with your PAN number. Fine of Rs. 1000 will be assessed for non-compliance. It is strongly advised that if you have not already linked your Aadhaar Card and PAN, you should do so immediately.
