One of these schemes is Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Under this scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are made, and then each cardholder is given an insurance cover of up to Rs 5 lakh, that is, if needed, you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. Under the scheme, Ayushman Golden Card is being given to the eligible people. You can apply for this. You just need some documents. So let us tell you about this.
These documents are necessary:-
- Aadhar card
- Ration card
- mobile number
- Address proof.
- If you do not have the documents mentioned in the previous slides, then in such a situation you will not be able to apply. Therefore, keep these documents with you.
Age should be more than 18 years
- You can apply online for this scheme, for which you have to visit the official website of National Health Mission. Just keep in mind that for this your age should be more than 18 years.
- If you want to apply not only online but also offline, you can do so. For this you have to go to the nearest public service center, where you can apply for Ayushman card.
