Employees will get 38% DA

Rajasthan government said that 4 percent increase in dearness allowance of state employees has been approved in line with the central government employees. Now 38 percent dearness allowance will be payable to state employees and pensioners from July 1, 2022.

How is Dearness Allowance calculated?

How will DA be calculated and how will it be decided. If Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) is to be increased by 4 percent, then it can be calculated on the basic salary. If someone’s basic salary is Rs 20,000, then at the rate of 4 percent, his monthly salary will increase by Rs 800.
