DA Increased: Government issued notification! Dearness allowance of these employees increased to 42.3 percent

DA Hike Latest News: Coal workers have become bat-bat. Dearness Allowance Hike has been increased for the coal workers before the central government employees taking the benefit of the seventh pay scale (7th Pay Commission Latest News).

Now his dearness allowance has increased to 42.3 per cent. This is more than the dearness allowance of central employees. The dearness allowance of coal workers has come into effect from March 1, 2023. This will remain in force till 31 May 2023.

Coal India issued notification

Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, Executive Director of Coal India has issued its notification. On the other hand, the central employees are still waiting for the increase in dearness allowance (DA-DR Hike News). It is expected that the increase in their dearness allowance can be announced on March 15. It is being said in media reports that the DA of central employees can be increased by 4 percent.

Central employees expected to increase 4 percent dearness allowance

If the dearness allowance of central employees increases by 4 percent, then their DA will increase to 42 percent. At the same time, the dearness allowance of coal workers has increased to 42.3 per cent, which is marginally higher than the dearness allowance of central employees. Explain that after the release of inflation figures, the central government increases the dearness allowance of its employees.

DA-DR increases on the basis of AICPI

The employees are hopeful that this time there could be an increase of 4 per cent in DA. The increase in dearness allowance and dearness relief is announced after the release of AICPI figures by the Ministry of Labour. On the basis of this, DA is calculated. DA-DR is revised twice a year i.e. once in 6 months. Generally, the dearness allowance for January is announced in March and the DA-DR for July is announced in September-October.

Cabinet can be sealed on March 15

In the meeting of the Union Cabinet to be held on March 15 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the increase in dearness allowance can be approved. On March 1, an agreement was made in the cabinet to increase DA by 4 percent, but it was not officially announced. Explain that if the DA becomes 42 percent, then the dearness allowance of the minimum basic salary will increase to Rs 90,720.
