Will get 42 days leave

Let us tell you that if an employee donates any part of the body, then it is considered the biggest surgery. This type of surgery takes a lot of time and recovery also takes time, so there is a provision for 42 days leave.
In what situation will you get 30 days leave?
Apart from this, under the existing rules, employees will get 30 days leave in the form of casual leave in any calendar year. At the same time, for the purpose of helping a human being and promoting organ donation among central employees, special leave of maximum 42 days should be given to any employee. Rules have also been fixed for this.
New rules have come into force from the month of April
Let us tell you that the rules of the new leave policy have come into force from the month of April itself. Information about these holidays has been given in the memorandum issued by the DoPT. This order will not apply to all employees under CCS (Leave) rule.
For which employees the rule will not apply?
Please tell that this rule will be implemented only on some selected employees. This rule will not be applicable for railway employees, employees of All India Services.
