In fact, in view of the delay in the honorarium of the electricity employees, now the electricity corporation has fixed the responsibility to get the honorarium to the contract workers on time. Under this, along with the arrangement of payment from the ERP portal, the time has also been fixed.
For this, the engineers will upload the bill on the Enterprise Resource Planning ERP portal by the 24th of every month by taking the bills from the executing firms. After this, after completing the process, the contractual workers will be given honorarium by 7th in any case.
Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has issued a letter to the Chief Engineers in this regard and strict action will be taken against the engineers and firms who are negligent in payment of honorarium to the contractual workers. From next month, the employees will get its benefit.
For this, guidelines have been issued to the engineers of all the zones. Action will also be taken against the firms which are negligent in this.
