Ministry of Personnel and Public Grievances (Personnel Public Grievances and Pension) has ordered to remove the pension related complaints (EPF Pension Grievances) of the people as soon as possible. In such a situation, EPFO has started Nirbadh Seva for its pensioners. For this, pensioners get many facilities on the day of retirement.

Giving information about this from its official Twitter handle, EPFO said that through ‘uninterrupted service’, its retiring employees can take their pension payment order ie (PPO) number. About 3 lakh employees are getting benefited every year through this facility.
Webinar is organized Let us tell you that it is generally seen that after the retirement of the employee, he has to face huge difficulties in getting the PPO number to get the pension. Along with this, the employee is not able to get pension facility even after several months of retirement. In such a situation, through this EPFO’s Webinar, the retiring employee will get help in guidance and training. Through ‘Uninterrupted Service’, EPFO tries to resolve pension related complaints at the earliest.
