And here’s the kicker. If you’re tech-savvy, you can skip the physical wait entirely. Specifically, the e-EPIC digital version is available for download and can sit right in your DigiLocker.
As a result, you have a legal identity document on your phone before the mailman even arrives (let’s be real, digital is just easier).
In fact, the process is pretty straightforward if you have your documents ready. The thing is, you’ll need proof of age, address, and a decent photo. Basically, you jump on the National Voters’ Services Portal (NVSP), sign up, and fill out Form 6.
