On October 10, India’s largest IT giant TCS has recorded good earnings results in its second quarter. The company says that 70 percent of the employees will be paid 100 percent variable pay before the festival.

In the matter, Chief Human Resource Officer Milind Lakkar says that 70 percent of TCS employees are going to be paid 100% of the variable pay while the remaining 30 percent will be paid to the employees on the basis of performance in their business units. This payment will be for the second quarter July to September.

Explain that the company’s attrition date has increased to 21.5 percent as compared to 19.7 percent in the previous quarter. However, TCS has indicated that this level of job loss has reached its peak. Now there is a possibility of it falling down.

Within 3 months TCS Zara 9840 people were inducted in its company. However, the company has also completed the process of connecting 20000 freshers with itself. In the current financial year, 47000 features have been included in the company. Out of which 35000 are currently working. TCS has said that 26000 employees will be given jobs in the next 3 months.
