Like every time, PM Modi will transfer money to the accounts of farmers this time too.

When will the 16th installment of PM Kisan be released?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 16th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) on 28 February 2024. This time an amount of Rs 8 crore will be released. It will be deposited directly into the accounts of the beneficiaries through DBT.

Let us tell you, under Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6 thousand annually. This amount is given in the form of Rs. 2-2 thousand in the account of farmers at an interval of every 4 months. A total of 3 installments are released.

Rs 2.80 lakh crore given in 5 years

Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has completed 5 years. PM Kisan Yojana was launched on 24 February 2019 to meet the financial needs of farmers. So far, Rs 2.80 lakh crore has been given to more than 11 crore farmers. 15 installments of money have been given to the beneficiary farmers of PM Kisan Yojana.

This time the 16th installment will be released. The government’s announcement is a big relief for the farmers. The 16th installment of Paisa will be released on 28 February 2024. On November 15, 2023, Rs 18.61 thousand crore of the 15th installment was released to 8.11 crore farmers across the country from Khunti, Jharkhand.
