East and Central India (Heavy Rain Alert)
Odisha: Extremely heavy rainfall at some places on 6th July.
Chhattisgarh: Extremely heavy rain at some places on 6-7 July.
Vidarbha: Heavy to very heavy rain from 6-8 July.
Gangetic West Bengal and Jharkhand: Heavy rain on 6-7 July; very heavy rain at some places on 6 July.
Madhya Pradesh: Heavy rains will continue from 6-10 July. Extremely heavy rains are expected in East and West Madhya Pradesh on 7-9 July.
North-West India (Weather Forecast)
Heavy rains in Uttarakhand, Himachal, Punjab, Haryana, Eastern Rajasthan from 6-12 July.
Warning of extremely heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh on 6th July.
Extremely heavy rains may also occur in eastern Rajasthan on 9th July.

Assam and Meghalaya: Heavy rain likely on July 12.
South India (Weather Forecast)
South Karnataka, Kerala: Heavy rains between 6 and 9-12 July.
Telangana: Heavy rain on July 7-8; extremely heavy rain warning on July 8.
Strong winds (40-50 km/hr) likely over South India for next 5 days.
Light to moderate rains along with thunder, lightning and strong winds are expected in many states.
