The Indian Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in many districts of Chhattisgarh. On Saturday, the Meteorological Department has also issued an orange alert in Chhattisgarh regarding rain.

According to the Meteorological Department, till March 20, there will be light to moderate rain in many districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert in the state regarding rain.

Talking to the news agency, Meteorologist HP Chandra said that the Meteorological Department has issued Orange Alert in the areas adjacent to Surajpur, Balrampur, Surguja, Jaspur, Pendra Road, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Durg, Raipur, Balod, Dhamtari, Kanker, Narayanpur. Is.Yellow alert has been issued in Korea, Bilaspur, Mungeli, Janjgir, Bemetara, Balodbazar and Rajnandgaon areas.

He explained that Orange Alert asks the concerned authorities to be ready to respond to any emergency situation arising out of weather change, while Yellow Alert signifies that the weather may change, and hence people should be alert. Indian Meteorological scientist HP Chandra further said that the weather condition in the state is likely to remain till March 20.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, a Western Disturbance is becoming active, due to this Western Disturbance, an induced cyclonic circulation has formed over Rajasthan, the combined effect of both of which is giving the region rich moisture from the Bay of Bengal.Its effect will remain in Chhattisgarh along with Karnataka and Jharkhand.Due to this, light to moderate rains have occurred at a few places in the state today.

The Meteorological Department said that in the coming 24 hours, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are likely to occur in many districts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, there is also a possibility of thunderstorm, lightning and hailstorm at one or two places. According to the Meteorological Department, the condition of rain is likely to last till March 20, after which the weather will continue to improve.
