But now Railways has taken a big decision and has reduced the general ticket fare. In fact, when the operation of trains was started after the Corona period, the Railways had increased the general ticket fare from Rs 10 to Rs 30.

Changes also made in IRCTC software:

Actually, Railway Board has issued orders to make changes in UTS system and UTS app. Besides, changes have also been made in the software of IRCTC for booking local tickets. According to the information, the working class traveling by train daily was paying three times the amount. Indian Railway Board has now given big benefits to laborers and daily commuters. With this new decision of Railways, now daily commuters will have to pay only Rs 10 for traveling up to 50 kilometers.

According to the information, during this time Railways has made it clear that whether the railway passengers are from Jaipur or Bhopal, now everyone will have to pay only Rs 10 for traveling up to 50 kilometers. During this, a railway official said that for every 10 to 15 kilometers traveled from 50 kilometres, Rs 5 increases. This means that now passengers will be able to travel up to 90 kilometers for Rs 30.

Local trains were also made express trains:

In fact, during the Corona period, Railways had also converted local trains into express trains. During this period, operation of normal trains was stopped. Due to which the train fare was increased from Rs 10 to Rs 30. Let us tell you that the lowest fare for express trains is Rs 30. Now once again due to this decision it has been made normal.
