Follow these steps to correct ITR mistakes
1- Visit https://www.incometaxgov.in/iec/foportal.
2- Login with User ID and Password.
3- After opening your account, click on ‘E File’ and then select ‘Income Tax Return’.
4- After opening the Income Tax Return page, select the assessment year 2022-23.After that click on Online for Select Mode Filing.
5- Now select the option which you want to correct.
6- After this, go to the Select ITR form and give the requested information.
7- After filling the ITR form, you have to e-verify your amended income tax return.
