How much did the cylinder cost?

Let us tell you that this decision has been taken just a month after OMC reduced the prices of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 158 from September 1. The price of commercial cylinder has increased from Rs 1,522 to Rs 1,731.50. The latest increase in the prices of commercial LPG cylinders comes just a month after the central government reduced the prices of domestic LPG cylinders by Rs 200 for all connection holders across the country in August.

What is the price of domestic cylinder?

The price of both commercial and domestic LPG cylinders is revised on the first day of every month. Earlier in August also, the Oil Marketing Company had reduced the prices of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 99.75. At the same time, commercial cylinders have become expensive in Jaipur also. However, there has been no increase in the price of domestic LPG cylinders.

At the same time, commercial LPG cylinder has become costlier by Rs 202. Now it will be available for Rs 1754 instead of Rs 1552. However, the price of domestic LPG cylinder will remain at Rs 906. The new prices have come into effect from today.

When did the price change before this?

It is noteworthy that earlier on August 30, the Central Government had provided relief to the people from inflation. For this, the price of LPG gas cylinder used in homes was reduced by Rs 200. After this decision, the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder in Delhi became Rs 903, which earlier was Rs 1,103.
