LPG Price on 1 October 2024 : Modi government has given a shock to the common people before Navratri. Today, on 1 October 2024, oil marketing companies have increased the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by Rs 50.

Companies have not made any change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic cylinder, but the 19 kg commercial cylinder has become costlier by Rs 50. Before festivals like Navratri, Dussehra, Diwali, expensive cylinders are going to trouble people. According to the IOCL website, new rates have come into effect from today, 1 October 2024.

LPG cylinder became costlier by Rs 39 – New gas prices from October 1, 2024

Today is the first day of the month of October. The prices of LPG cylinders are fixed on the first of every month. Oil marketing companies have increased the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder by Rs 50 from today. In Delhi, the price of the cylinder has become Rs 1740, which was earlier Rs 1691. In Kolkata, the cylinder will be available for Rs 1850.50, which was earlier available for Rs 1802. In Mumbai, the cylinder will be available for Rs 1692.50, which was earlier available for Rs 1644. In Chennai, the cylinder will be available for Rs 1903, which was earlier available for Rs 1855.

Domestic 14 kg cylinder price – LPG cylinder rates on 1 October

There has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinders. The prices of 14 kg LPG remain the same as the rates of August 1. It is available in Delhi for ₹ 803, in Kolkata for ₹ 829, in Mumbai for ₹ 802.50 and in Chennai for ₹ 818.50. For general customers, its price in Delhi remains Rs 803, while for Ujjwala beneficiaries, its price is Rs 603. The government had reduced the rate of 14 kg cylinder by about Rs 100 in August 2023.

In September, the price was Rs 1691 in Delhi, Rs 1802 in Kolkata, Rs 1644 in Mumbai and Rs 1855 in Chennai. On August 1, the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder was Rs 1652.50 in Delhi. The cylinder was available for Rs 1764.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1605 in Mumbai and Rs 1817 in Chennai.
