- These people do not get benefits: –
Those people who have a motorized vehicle, two wheeler or three wheeler do not get the benefit of PM Awas Yojana. In such case you are considered ineligible
- Even if someone in your family does a government job, he cannot take advantage of the scheme.
- Those who have fridge, landline connection, land of two and a half acres or more are also considered ineligible.
- Even those people who have a Kisan Credit Card of Rs 50 thousand or more cannot take advantage of the scheme. Therefore, whenever you go to apply for PM Awas Yojana, keep these things in mind first.
