New RTO Rules For Minor Driving: These days the Pune accident case is being discussed across the country. In Pune, a minor crushed two IT engineers with his luxury car Porsche.

Both died in this accident. According to the information received, the age of the accused is 17 years and 8 months. The police arrested the accused, but the Juvenile Board had granted bail to the accused minor. However, on Wednesday the bail of the minor accused was canceled and the Juvenile Board sent him to a juvenile home.

Pune Police says that they had sought permission from the board to prosecute the accused as an adult, but the plea was rejected. Now the police has said that it will appeal against it in the Seychelles court. The police have arrested the minor’s father and the court has sent him to police custody till May 24.

Now the government regional transport offices are going to issue new rules from June 1. Today we will tell you how much challan the father has to pay for driving a vehicle by a minor and how many years of imprisonment he can face.

From June 1, 2024, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) will issue new rules for vehicles. Under these rules, RTO has also increased the amount of challan for driving. According to the new rules, if a minor i.e. any boy or girl below 18 years of age is caught driving, then a challan of up to Rs 25,000 can be imposed on the father or guardian of the minor.
