SBI Amrit Kalash investment Deadline August 15: State Bank of India has offered the highest interest rate to investors in this special deposit scheme with an investment period of 400 days. But, there are 7 days left for the investment deadline to end.

State Bank of India’s highest interest rate special FD scheme Amrit Kalash is going to be closed within the next 7 days. In such a situation, those investors who are willing to get guaranteed returns should invest before the expiry of the deadline. Anyone can invest in this special FD scheme.

State Bank of India has offered a higher rate of interest to investors in this special deposit scheme with an investment period of 400 days. Earlier, the bank had launched this FD scheme for a fixed tenure. SBI has given investors the opportunity to invest in this special FD till 15 August. Because, this scheme is valid for this deadline. However, the bank can also extend this deadline further.

SBI Amrit Kalash Interest Rate

In SBI Amrit Kalash Deposit Scheme, investors can invest less than 2 crores for a tenure of 400 days. According to the bank, ordinary citizens investing in Amrit Kalash Deposit Scheme get the benefit of 7.10 percent interest rate, while senior citizens are given 7.60 percent interest rate.

Premature withdrawal and loan facility

Interest is paid at monthly, quarterly and half-yearly intervals to the investors of SBI Special Amrit Kalash FD scheme. On maturity of SBI Amrit Kalash, the interest amount after deducting TDS will be added to the customer’s account. Premature withdrawal facility is also given to the investors in Amrit Kalash Deposit. Apart from this, investors can also take loan against FD.

Interest rates on other FD schemes of SBI

SBI offers investors an interest rate between 3% to 7% on FD investments for a period of 7 days to 10 years. Under the SBI V-Care Deposit Scheme for Senior Citizens, the bank offers investors an interest rate ranging between 3.5% to 7.50% including an additional premium of 0.50%.
