The Haryana Education Department has announced summer vacations from June 1 to June 30 in all government and private schools. According to the orders, schools will reopen on July 1.

The Education Department issued an order in this regard on Friday, April 4, 2025. The new time table in government schools will be in force from April 7 to June 1. The Secondary Education Office of the Bihar Education Department had issued a new time table for government schools on Friday. In the issued orders, the school opening time has been fixed at 6.30 am.

After the prayer in the school, the first class will start at 7 am. There will be a 40-minute break at 9 am. After a total of 6 classes, the students will be dismissed at 12.20 pm. Along with this, the teachers will be dismissed at 12:30 pm.

School Timing Change: Big news is coming from Haryana regarding schools. The government has changed the timings of schools. There are different timings for summer and winter. Earlier the government used to change the timings in the month of March but this time it is being implemented from 16th February.

Due to this day being a Sunday, the timings of schools will change from February 17. The Directorate of School Education has issued orders in this regard. This order will be applicable to government and private schools.

There will be a change in school timings from Monday, February 17.

School Hours: 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM

In double shift- First shift timings are from 07:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Second shift is from 12:45 pm to 6:15 pm.

Orders in this regard have been issued by the Directorate of School Education. This order will be applicable to government and private schools.

The Directorate of Education has divided the school timings into 3 parts according to the type of school. In this, the timings of single shift schools and double shift schools have been fixed according to the first and second shifts. It is divided into two parts according to the season.

Schools timing changed- Due to dense fog and cold, the timings of all government/government aided and private schools in Chandigarh have been changed. The Director School Education has given information about the change in the timings of the schools in a press release.

Accordingly, the timings of government schools/government aided schools have been changed from January 13 to January 18. Single shift schools: All classes will be held from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Schools closed- Chandigarh Education Department has changed the timings of schools and has decided to keep schools up to class 8 closed till January 11. In this regard, only online classes will be held in schools. Schools have been asked to hold online classes only after 9 am and to call the school staff accordingly.

Apart from this, schools for classes IX to XII have been asked to open only after 9:30 am and the dismissal for these classes has been asked to be done before 3:30 pm. These orders were issued today by Director School Education Harsuhinder Pal Singh Brar. According to information, the cold is continuously increasing in Chandigarh and there has been a lot of fog for the last several days, due to which the UT Education Department has issued orders for all government, government-aided and private schools in the city.

Meanwhile, meteorologists have predicted a change in the weather in the city from the afternoon of January 5. New Schools Timing in Noida: School students are facing difficulties due to the drop in temperature in Delhi-NCR including Noida. Noida DM Manish Verma has directed to change the timings of schools.

Now classes will start from 9 am. This order will be applicable to all schools affiliated to UP Board, CBSE, ICSE and IP Board. This order is for class from nursery to 12th. There will be no change in school timings till further orders. It has also been said that the orders will be strictly followed.

The temperature has decreased in Noida in the last three to four days. On Monday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 24 degrees and the minimum temperature was recorded at 7 degrees Celsius. According to the IMD report, fog will prevail in the morning for the next five days. Also, the maximum temperature will remain at 24 degrees. There will be a feeling of cold in the air. In such a situation, the timings of schools have been changed. Also, Grade-3 has been implemented once again in Delhi NCR.

In this situation, the Meteorological Department has advised children and adults to protect themselves from cold. Due to this, school timings have been changed in many districts of Madhya Pradesh.

Mandsaur School Timings: Schools to open at 9 am in Mandsaur

Due to the cold wave alert in Madhya Pradesh, the timings of schools in Mandsaur have been changed. Classes will start from 9 am in all government, non-government primary and secondary schools in Madhya Pradesh. The Punjab State Child Rights Protection Commission has taken strict notice of private schools not complying with the orders of the Education Department regarding the timing of school opening in summer and winter season.

Commission Chairman Kanwardeep Singh said that many private schools ignore the instructions of the Education Department and open the schools before the scheduled time, due to which the safety of children may be threatened in foggy and cold weather.

Recently, cases of accidents with school buses have come to light in many places, due to which the lives of children are in danger. Taking cognizance of this matter, the commission has instructed the school education department to take strict action against any private school that violates government orders.

He said that if a school does not follow the government orders and an accident occurs, the principal and management of the school concerned will be responsible for it. In this regard, the Commission has instructed all District Education Officers, Child Protection Officers and the Police Department to take immediate action to ensure the compliance of government orders in schools.
