Which documents are needed
You have been given a list of documents on the website. These include Verification Certificate under Annexure F, Voter ID Card, Arms License, Ration Card, Birth Certificate, Voter ID Card, Gas Connection Bill, Bank Passbook, Driving License, Service Photo Identity, Student ID Card, Property Document, Pension Document, PAN card, Railway ID and SC / ST / OBC certificate (if you belong to the community.) Significantly, you can submit any three of these documents.
According to the website of Passport India, if your age is less than 18 years, then submitting only 2 documents will do your job. If you get a 35 page passport made immediately and your age is more than 18 years then you will have to spend Rs.3500. These are the steps of online application
- First of all go to the website of Passport Department (https://passportindia.gov.in/ website)
- After this register on the portal of Passport Seva.
- Log-in with the ID password that you would have created at the time of registration.
- Choose either Fresh or Reissue option. Whatever is suitable for you.
- After this, choose the instant option given under the scheme type plan.
- Now download the application form and fill the details.
