Employees and teachers are to be given 34 percent to 38 percent dearness allowance and arrears in salary and non-salary items from July, 2022 to December, 2022 and 34 percent to 42 percent for January, 2023 and February, 2023.

For this, in October, the Education Department had asked for details of DA outstanding amount and calculation of DR difference item from all the universities, which has been sent.

A huge amount can come into your account in December

According to the information, after receiving the details from all the colleges, the Education Department has made arrangements of Rs 124 crore 67 lakh 23 thousand to provide the benefits of DA and arrears to the employees, teachers and now the department is busy in estimating the amount to be spent on this. There is a possibility that this benefit can be given to teachers and personnel till 31st December. This will benefit about ten thousand teachers and non-teaching employees of the state. With this, the employees and teachers are expected to get a huge amount together.
