Indian Railways has released the new time table which has been implemented from 1st October. According to this time table, the speed of about 500 mail express has also increased. A large number of these trains have been given the status of superfast. The fare of these trains has also increased as soon as Superfast is registered. According to the Ministry of Railways, it is a general rule that the train which will be given the status of superfast, their fare will also be like the trains of superfast class.

According to the new time table, the average speed of all trains has increased by about five percent, making available about five percent additional tracks for the operation of additional trains. Indian Railways has released its new All India Railway Time Table ‘Train at a Glance (TAG)’ on its website. The new time table is effective from October 1.

According to the news agency language, the Ministry of Railways has converted 65 pairs of trains i.e. 130 trains into superfast category. As soon as these trains get superfast status, their fares have increased. Because Superfast stops at fewer stations as compared to Mail Express, along with this the speed of superfast trains also increases.

The fare has also increased in the trains changed in these superfast class. Those traveling in these trains have to pay a higher fare from October 1 than before. In this regard, the Ministry of Railways said that the fare of Superfast is higher than that of Mail Express. According to this rule, the fare of trains changed in superfast is also increased according to the rules. According to the railway rules, trains running at an average speed of 56 kmph are given the status of superfast in the time table.
