Vande Bharat: There is a big relief news for those traveling between Patna and Gorakhpur. The way for the operation of the proposed Vande Bharat train from Patliputra Junction to Gorakhpur is now completely clear.
It is expected that this high-speed train will start running on the track from June 20. The preparations for the inauguration ceremony have also been completed by the railways and time has been sought from the Prime Minister’s Office for this. It is believed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself can flag off the Vande Bharat train on this route.
Passengers will get big benefit
This train will prove to be very convenient for the passengers of Patna, Muzaffarpur, Narkatiaganj and Bettiah. This will reduce the travel time and increase convenience. According to the railways, this train will depart from Gorakhpur at 6 am and reach Patna via Muzaffarpur and Bettiah and will return to Gorakhpur by 9 pm.
Trial run this week
According to sources, the train is being prepared in Gorakhpur yard and its trial run will also be done this week. Earlier this rack was brought for Prayagraj route, but now it has been decided to run it on Patliputra-Gorakhpur route under East Central Railway.
The Railway Minister had announced
A few days ago, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, who visited Gorakhpur and Bettiah, had announced the operation of this train. Now the Patna division administration is fully prepared for the inauguration of the train and as soon as approval is received from the PMO, the train will be flagged off. This train will bring a new experience of modern rail travel for lakhs of passengers of North Bihar and Eastern UP.
