The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for heavy rains in entire Uttarakhand from August 1 to 3. Also warned in parts of Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital, Champawat, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh and USnagar.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for heavy rains in entire Uttarakhand from August 1 to 3. Along with this, in some parts of Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital, Champawat, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh and USnagar, one or two rounds of heavy rain has been warned. On Sunday, the forecast was issued by the Meteorological Department till 03 August.

In this, except for Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Almora and Haridwar, there is a forecast of heavy rain in other districts on Monday. Yellow alert has been issued for this. Whereas between August 1 and 3, heavy rains are expected in all the districts of the state. During this, there may be heavy rains in some parts of these districts.

At the same time, due to rain after sunshine on Sunday, the weather remained hot with humidity. The maximum temperature in Dehradun was three degrees above normal at 33.2 degrees, while in Pantnagar it was 33.5 degrees. On the other hand, 25.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in New Tehri and 22 degrees Celsius in Mukteshwar.
