Good information on monsoon is coming out by the Meteorological Department. The conditions have once again become favorable for the monsoon. With the weakening of the cyclone, the monsoon is progressing. Monsoon entry will be seen in many states between June 22. During this, monsoon will advance in many parts of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh.

The weather has changed in more than 20 states of the country. A warning of lightning including thunderstorms has been issued. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in the areas for the next 3 days. The weather is about to change in North India as well. With the western disturbance becoming active, snowfall can be seen in Himachal, Uttarakhand, Leh Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir.

Heavy rain warning in Rajasthan

The same warning of heavy rain has been issued in Rajasthan. Yellow alert of heavy rain has been issued in more than 23 districts, while red alert has been issued in more than 6 districts, warning of thunderstorm including heavy rain has been issued.

4 days heavy rain in Bihar Jharkhand West Bengal

Entry of monsoon will be seen in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, effect of monsoon will be seen in these areas in 2 to 3 days, the sky will be cloudy, two to three percent drop in temperature will be recorded, along with this the minimum temperature will drop by four percent. It will be seen that along with the storm, a warning of lightning has also been issued at many places. At present, heat wave condition can be seen in all the districts of Jharkhand, West Bengal including 10 districts of Bihar.

Talking about the eastern states, heavy rains continue to wreak havoc in Arunachal Pradesh including Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram. With the drop in temperature in these areas, people have been advised to be alert for landslides. At present, the rainy season will continue for 7 days. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain activity will continue even further.

Rain warning in southern state

Drama Literature of Kerala Monsoon has entered Tamil Nadu. During this, rain warnings have been issued in these areas. Orange alert of heavy rain has been issued in many areas. Rainfall will continue in Karnataka for the next 7 days while heavy rain warning has been issued in Maharashtra, Kerala and Goa. There will be clouds in the sky. Apart from this, a drop in temperature will also be recorded.

Forecast of rain in capital Delhi including Punjab

A forecast of rain has also been expressed in the capital Delhi including Haryana Punjab. Rain can be seen in many areas of Haryana. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has given a pre-estimation of thunderstorms in these areas. The weather may change from Tuesday. The sky will be cloudy throughout the week. Light drizzle can be seen in many districts of Punjab. Along with this, forecast of rain has also been expressed in Delhi today. A drop in temperature will be recorded.

The impact of the cyclone will be seen in Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, the effect of cyclonic storm will also be seen in Chhattisgarh. During this, warnings of heavy rain have been issued in more than 35 districts. A warning has also been issued for thunder and lightning including lightning and BJP. People have been advised to be cautious, as the weather changes, people will get relief from the scorching heat. Heavy rain warning has been issued in 3 divisions of Chhattisgarh including Gwalior Chambal division.

  • Scattered rain and thundershowers very likely over Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
  • Scattered rain/snow and thundershowers are expected over Uttarakhand.
  • Scattered rain is expected over Ladakh, Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Gangetic-West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana and Maharashtra.

Weather system

  • Cyclone Biparjoy, which made landfall in Gujarat on June 15, has now weakened into a deep depression and moved East-North East with a speed of 05 kmph.
  • IMD has said that it will further weaken into a depression during next 6 hours, move east-northeast and maintain the intensity of a depression during subsequent 18 hours.
  • Heavy rain with isolated thundershowers will occur over North Gujarat and Southwest Rajasthan on Saturday. There will be heavy rains in central Rajasthan on Sunday. Strong winds with a speed of more than 80 kmph are expected along the path of Cyclone Biparjoy till Monday.
  • Heavy Monsoon rains and thunderstorms are likely over Northeast India from June 17-21. Similarly, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning very likely over South India during next five days.
  • Scattered rain may occur in Delhi. Scattered to fairly widespread rain and thundershowers are also likely over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during this period.
