Lucknow: During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, there has been continuous rain for about 12 hours in various districts of the state, which also includes the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

Due to non-stop rain for 12 hours on Monday in Lucknow, the maximum temperature dropped to 20 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature dropped to 15 degrees Celsius. Mohammad Danish, senior scientist of Lucknow Meteorological Center, said that 14.8 mm rainfall has been recorded in Lucknow, which is the highest among all the districts. Three mm of rain has been recorded in Bahraich, two in Jhansi, one in Orai, one in Agra, seven in Kanpur city and eight mm in Kanpur Dehat. He told that after 12 hours of continuous rain, fog has now increased in the state. The cold has also increased. Apart from this, the cold wave is also predicted to last longer.

Mohammad Danish, senior scientist of Lucknow Meteorological Center, said that it is not that the rains have stopped now. It will continue to rain intermittently in various districts of Uttar Pradesh till approximately 7th December. According to the information given by Lucknow Meteorological Center, the maximum temperature of Lucknow will be 20 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature will be 15 degrees Celsius. Whereas in Barabanki, Hardoi, Kanpur city, Kanpur Dehat, Etawah, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gorakhpur and Varanasi, the minimum temperature in Ballia Churk, Bahraich and Prayagraj will remain between 15 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature in these districts will be 22 degrees Celsius.

It is expected to be between 100 to 24 degrees Celsius. In Fatehpur, Banda, Sultanpur, Faizabad, Fursatganj, Ghazipur, Fatehgarh, Basti, Jhansi, Orai and Hamirpur, the minimum temperature is expected to be between 14 degrees Celsius to 16 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to be between 23 degrees Celsius to 24 degrees Celsius.
