Linguistic Capacities Candidates are expected to possess strong spoken and written proficiency in both Hindi and English. Residency Mandate: The selected executive is required to permanently reside in Ayodhya for the duration of their tenure.

2. Independent Scrutiny and Governance Structure

To ensure complete objectivity, the trust has formed a dedicated three-member search committee to manage the hiring pipeline. The panel includes retired Supreme Court Judge Justice Pramod Kohli, retired Lieutenant General Vishnukant Chaturvedi, and former Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust Chairman Suresh Haware.

The panel will screen all digital submissions, conduct interviews, and recommend a final shortlist of three names to the trust for ultimate selection.

Clarity on Executive Power: Nripendra Misra, Chairman of the Ram Mandir Construction Committee, clarified that the CEO will operate strictly under the direct supervision of the trust. He emphasized that the trust holds the exclusive right to delegate operational powers to the CEO, who will lead day-to-day management tasks and oversee the executive staff accordingly.
