This is how you can book metro tickets

To use this service, passengers simply need to send “Hi” to DMRC’s chatbot on WhatsApp. The chatbot will instruct them to purchase tickets. Passengers can buy single, daily, weekly or monthly tickets. However, there will be a limit on the number of tickets that can be generated by the user.

Can’t cancel ticket

In WhatsApp Ticketing, tickets cannot be cancelled. On paying through credit or debit card, you will have to pay a small fee, while on paying through UPI, there will be no fee.
