There is good news for the serving and retired Central Government Health Scheme ie CGHS beneficiaries. Actually, the facility of cashless treatment will now be available to the beneficiaries of CGHS in AIIMS Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Jodhpur, Raipur and Rishikesh.

Cashless treatment in OPD, investigation and indoor treatment will be available in these 6 AIIMS after AIIMS managements signed MoU with Central Government Health Services on Saturday. This MoU was signed in the presence of Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan, AIIMS New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh and JIPMER Puducherry will also provide cashless treatment to CGHS beneficiaries.

Treatment will be easier for CGHS beneficiaries

Bhushan said that 6 AIIMS are fully functional and have been offering specialized and super-specialty services for more than 10 years. This will be especially beneficial for the retired pensioners of CGHS, who face difficulties in completing subsequent procedures regarding the cost of treatment. CGHS beneficiaries will now get the benefit of state-of-the-art treatment facilities available at these AIIMS without any hassle.

Soon facility will be available in these hospitals also
