Work From Home : TCS CEO does not support work from home, employees should come to office and work

Krithivasan on Work From Home: TCS CEO said in a NASSCOM program that people associated in the last few years have not been able to come to office till now. This causes loss to both the employees and the company.

Krithivasan on Work From Home: K Krithivasan, CEO and MD of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has said that he is not in favor of employees working from home. He wants the employees to come to the office and work and learn from their seniors.

Work from office strengthens teamwork. He said that the company is taking Artificial Intelligence (AI) seriously. Preparations are being made for this and efforts will continue to connect new people with TCS.

People associated in the last 2 to 3 years could not come to office.

At a NASSCOM event, TCS CEO Kritivasan said that team building happens through conversations between employees in the office. He said that video conferencing is a good tool. But, it is not better than face to face conversation.

Those who joined TCS in the last 2 to 3 years have not been able to come to office till now. This is not good for them. We want employees to come to office and work.
