Honor Win Turbo was launched in China on Friday. This phone is the new smartphone in the Honor Win series, which comes in three color options. It has a large 10,000mAh battery. This phone has a 6.79-inch display with a peak brightness of 8000 nits and it is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Racing Edition chipset. It has the option of up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. Honor Win Turbo has a dual rear camera setup, which has a 50MP primary sensor and it comes pre-installed with MagicOS 10.

The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs. 46,000). The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage models are priced at CNY 3,599 (approximately Rs. 50,000) and CNY 4,199 (approximately Rs. 60,000), respectively. It is available in Black, Blue, and White colors.

Specifications of Honor Win Turbo

The dual-SIM (Nano+Nano) Honor Win Turbo runs MagicOS 16 based on Android 10 and features a 6.79-inch 1.5K (1,200×2,640 pixels) AMOLED Oasis Eye Protection display with a 94.62% screen-to-body ratio, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and 3840Hz PWM dimming. The company claims that this display offers a maximum brightness of 8000 nits.

The Honor Win Turbo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Racing Edition chipset, paired with the Mali-G720 MC8 GPU. The phone supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It also features a C1+ RF Enhancement chip, which helps provide a better and stable connection even in areas with weak network coverage, such as elevators, underground parking lots, and high-speed rail stations.

In terms of cameras, the phone features a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an f/1.88 aperture. The setup also includes a 5MP wide-angle camera. There’s a 16MP front camera for selfies and video chats. For thermal management, it has a 40,000 sq mm liquid cooling system.

The Honor Win Turbo offers connectivity options such as 5G, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, gravity sensor, and proximity sensor are also present. A fingerprint sensor is provided for authentication. The new phone has dual speakers and dual microphones. It is rated IP66+IP68+IP69+IP69K for dust and water resistance. It also has SGS Gold Standard five-star drop resistance, shock resistance, and crush resistance certification.

The Honor Win Turbo packs a 10,000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging. The company claims that the battery delivers up to 17.3 hours of continuous navigation and 14.2 hours of gaming on a single charge. Its dimensions are 162.1×76.3×7.98mm, and it weighs approximately 216 grams.
