NEW DELHI — The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather warning forecasting heavy to very heavy rainfall across northern and northwestern high-altitude regions, including Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad.
